Arriving

before your arrival please make sure you are prepared:

  • for makeup services - Clean face &groomed brows

  •  For Brow &lash Services - Free of makeup;

  • For Facials - Free of makeup

  •  For Waxing - Free Of Product. 

Please be sure to complete the client intake form before your arrival. 

Please do not bring any extra people unless they are being serviced; the seating is very limited in the waiting area. if you need to bring any Children please add that onto your appointment (located under Add-on services) to get an extra 15 minutes added to your appointment duration. Thank You!

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment time &Day which will be credited towards for total. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment v.i.a cash, cashapp, Zelle, paypal, Or Electronic Payment before being serviced. if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment please contact me 24 - 48 hours beforehand to reschedule. 

Please Note: you can only reschedule twice before you will need to make another deposit to book an appointment. 

Cancellation

You Will Forfeit Your Deposit Unless You Cancel Within 24- 48 Hours before your appointment In Order To Reschedule. There Will Be A 5 Minute GRACE PERIOD, After That grace period a Late Fee of $5 will be  Added To Your Service If You Arrive 10 Minutes LateNo Call No Shows Will Results In No Future Appointments and lost of your deposit!!

 

Same Day Cancellations Will Result In a $25 Cancellation Fee (your deposit). If You Are Running 15 Minutes Late Or More your appointment will be canceled and the $25 fee will be Applied (your deposit). Please Arrive ON TIME To Avoid Cancellation Of Your Appointment. 

Please Note: you will not be able to be serviced if you are 15 minutes late or more because the time will run over into the next client's appointment time which is not fair to them if they are on time for their appointment.

Shipping Policy:

FREE Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders $65 and above.

 

At this time, we currently do not ship internationally; Shipping is only available in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We Offer Standard Shipping (3 - 5 Business Days) starting at $3.00 and Priority Shipping (1 - 3 Business Days) v.i.a USPS.

 

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates are provided at the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. 

Return Policy:

No Refunds or Exchanges for any Lip gloss, body butter, or sale items. All sales are final for those purchases!

 

If your item is eligible for a return, there must be No physical damage to packaging or product. Must start the return process within the same week that the product is received (delivered, picked up, or dropped off). You Have 7 days to return an eligible product once a return is started; any items returned after the 7 day window will be sent back to you! Customers are responsible for return shipping postage at this time we do not offer free returns. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

  • How do I track my order?

You will be given a tracking number v.i.a email once your order is placed to track the whereabouts of your items v.i.a couriers website.

 

  • How do I place an order?

You can place an order v.i.a website by adding your desired items to your cart, then viewing them by clicking the mini shopping cart; to move forward with placing your order click  the Check Out  button at the bottom or right hand side (if on computer) where you will then be asked to enter your information. You can also place an order v.i.a Instagram Shops from our page. We currently do not accept orders v.i.a Direct Message or by Phone.
  • Do We Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Free Shipping is available for orders $65 and above. Please Note: This can change at any time.

  • How do I return an item?
You can start a return by requesting it v.i.a previous order form. Friendly reminder you have 7 days to return a product that is eligible for a return.
 
  • How long does it takes to process an order?

Order are processed within 3 to 5 business days; this does not include shipping time. We try our best to process them in a timely matter. Be mindful when orders are high it may take longer to process.

Body Butter:
  • What's the difference between Body Butter and a Lotion?

The difference between a Body Butter and a Lotion is in the composition. The rich ingredients (oils and natural butters like Shea) provide a moisturizing mixture with the absence of water unlike lotion.

  • What's Used To Make The Body Body?

Our Body Butters are made from 100% natural ingredients, premium essential and or fragrance oils. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the product description box do not use these products; if you are unsure please perform a patch test before applying all over the body to avoid any bad reactions. Keep in mind before purchasing this product that it is NOT a refundable item and we are not responsible for any bad reactions. Performing a patch test is very important.

  • Will my body butter melt during transit?

I use more protective packaging in the summer months due to higher temperatures. Ice packs are used to accommodate the summer heat and protect your Body Butter. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and I have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery; if this happens place your Body Butter in the fridge until it solidifies; it will not lose any of its benefits. Priority shipping is recommend as Body Butters may arrive melted if exposed to extreme temperatures for a long period of time.

  • What benefits will this body butter give?

Our Body Butter is excellent for moisturizing, soothing and softening our skin especially those extra rough dry areas: hands, knees, feet and elbows. Our skin requires hydration and moisture among other things to stay healthy. Being rich in fatty acids as well as Vitamins A and C it can help with anti-aging to reduce wrinkles, fine lines, brighten age spots. The anti-inflammatory properties helps heals and rejuvenate the skin by reducing redness, irritation and inflammation all while nourishing the skin. Most body butters will address dry skin problems better than any other skin care product due to its natural beneficial properties without the added help. Homemade body butter does not contain any preservatives and has a very long shelf life

  • Do we test on animals?

All of our products are handmade, cruelty-free, and vegan. We'll never test on animals; the products are tested on us (the creators) for accurate product effectiveness (although everyone's skin and body may react differently).

  • How Do I Care For My Bundles?

All virgin hair reacts differently to product and regimens. Please be mindful to stay away from ingredients that can strip your extensions of moisture such as parabens, sulfate, and silicone. These products usually tend to have a high alcohol content which dehydrates the hair follicle of its nutrients. Heavy oils are also not necessary to care for your extensions as it can weigh down your hair pattern. By rule of thumb, we recommend co-washing your bundles weekly and shampooing bi-weekly to rid your bundles of any excess product. Deep conditioning can be done as needed.

  • Do The Hair Shed?

Minimally; the hair is absolutely great. Minimum shedding meaning the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there while de-tangling or styling, but nothing troubling or excessive. The most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts especially if they'll be cut for installation.

  • How Long Does This Hair Last?

Our Brazilian extensions can last through multiple installs. However, the lifetime of your extensions depends heavily on how they are cared for. On average our customers can use their extensions from 6 to 12 months or more if cared for properly.

  • Can I Return My Bundles and/or Frontal or Closure?

Yes, this product is returnable, however; it MUST be returned in a 7 day period from the time received them, MUST be in its original packaging and unopened (bundle wraps still in place), Hair Extensions, Closures or Frontals MUST still be in good selling condition (curls aren't separated or bushy, closures or frontals are not cut, plucked, and/or bleached; still its original form).
Lip Gloss:
  • What ingredients are used?                                 
Here at Embrace we use the most natural ingredients we can find so our customers get the most from our products to reap the benefits from them. We use Versagel as our base which is cruelty-free, gluten-free, and vegan. We also add some Avocado, Sweet Almond, Coconut, Olive, Jojoba, Grape seed, and Vitamin E Oil in some of our lip glosses. We use food grade fragrance oils to give the lip gloss its scent/taste and liquid color pigments with only 3 ingredients Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Iron Oxide.
 
  • does the lip gloss leave a sticky feel on the lips?

We use a moisturizing lip gloss base that has a non-tacky and luxurious feel. So no, you will not get that heavy sticky feel from our lip gloss.

  • Which lip gloss contain Mica?

We do not use Mica Powder in our lip gloss. We use a liquid pigment with 3 simple ingredients: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Iron Oxide. Which is safe, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and vegan.

  • Will This lip gloss leave white residue?

The white residue is dead skin that has built up from the lack of lip exfoliation. It is dried out before you apply the lip gloss and becomes softer and later peels off. What you can do to prevent this is scrub your lips gently with a wet face cloth before use. If you do this gently every day, you will prevent the build up from ever happening. It's very important to exfoliate your skin to keep it healthy.

FAQs
Caring  For Your Bundles

Cleansing The Hair :

  • Always use Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner products on your bundles. Avoid hair products that contain alcohol. Alcohol makes hair dry.

  • Always allow the hair to air dry. DO NOT twist, roll, or rub hair in a towel.

  • Deep Condition your bundles twice a month for at least one hour with a good quality conditioner.

  • When washing your bundles always use lukewarm water and Rinse with cold water to retain moisture and nutrients in your bundles.

Daily Care:

  • Keep styling products to a minimum for it weighs the hair down. We recommend daily use of coconut oil weightless hydrating oil mist to prevent hair from drying out. When using heat always apply a heat protective agent.

Nightly Care:

  • At night do not sleep on wet hair. Always sleep with a satin scarf/bonnet or on a silk pillow.

For Curly Textures

Daily Care:

  • Use a Leave In-Conditioner or water in a spray bottle to hydrate the hair.

  • Comb through your extensions with a wide tooth comb beginning at the ends and work your way to the top.

  • Shape the hair by scrunching it up and twirling pieces around a finger.

  • Let hair air-dry then style your hair as desired.

  • DO NOT comb after it is dry otherwise it will tangle and/or mat.

  • Avoid using brushes, narrow-toothed combs and touching your hair as much as possible after it has been set. This can separate your curls and lead to unwanted frizz or tangles.

Nightly Care:

  • Part hair into sections and twist at night before applying silk scarf or bonnet.

 

**Please remember that curly hair is very high maintenance**
